since you're going for size and definition you're going to have to bulk up first casek....winter is perfect for this since you get to eat a lot anyway....make sure you are taking a protein supplement along with the aminos you are taking and if you're not already take a good multivitamin and not just any multivitamin go to your local store GNC or whatever and get something like animal pak or ask someone at the front....make sure your diet is good and by good i mean stuff yourself with protein like someone said about 1 gram to 1.5 grams of protein per pound and thats each day...protein is very important in muscle gains.... plan out your diet and your routine...go to the site i posted above they have tons of articles like i said and even a really good forum....stick to it though!
