We are neurologically wired to fear spiders/snakes etc, anything poisonous and small and/or hidden, from back in da day when we lived in huts and forests and plains etc. Although that mode of thinking is pretty outdated due to advanced civilizations, pest control, increases population, secure dwellings blah blah. *Millions of people in the United States are injured from venoms produced by insects and other arthropods each year. Of these injuries about 25,000 result in severe injuries and about 32 result in deaths. To draw a quick parallel, **there were nearly 6,420,000 auto accidents in the United States in 2005. The financial cost of these crashes is more than 230 Billion dollars. 2.9 million people were injured and 42,636 people killed. About 115 people die every day in vehicle crashes in the United States -- one death every 13 minutes. ***Streaming Service "Instant" Watch***
Fondles replied to NightmareOnElmStreet's topic in Entertainment
uhhh hardly, they've had great service and prices for years now (and yes their streaming needs to be updated faster/regularly/better selection)...it was obvious they would need to change business models eventually, but they were waiting for more competition, which shows some integrity from them. Having said that, I'll continue with the streaming service, but cancelling the DVD portion once i finish "watching" certain things. Currently I'm watching Tudors S3+4 on Instant Q -

Aahhh yeah, I was confusing the Icewind Dale series with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memory,_Sorrow,_and_Thorn, by Tad Williams. Salvatore is still continuing the Drizzt series, a new book came out recently.

I read Icewind Dale when I was very young as well, around 15 years ago. I remember enjoying it very much, the author is Tad Williams iirc? Too lazy to google...I might pick that up next time I hit the Bookmine up. I never really got into most of the Forgotten Realms books, but I did like the Drizzt novels.

5 Guys is pretty much the only place I go. Usually stick to small delis/restaurants. The rest is an early grave. -
While we're educating, the 'x' button is pretty widely known as the 'exit button'. I'm still fairly interested in the original medical issue, unless that was more trolling.
