The Keeper is a natural gum rubber cap that is worn internally during your menstrual cycle, and can even be worn overnight. It can hold up to 1 full ounce of menstrual flow. The entire average monthly flow is about 3 ounces.

The Keeper is simple to use. Just empty the cap as required (approximately every 2 to 10 hours), rinse, and reinsert. It is not necessary to remove it for urination or bowel movements. If you currently change your pads or tampons frequently, you can initially empty the cap at the same frequency. By monitoring the fullness of the cap, you will be able to accurately determine how often you should empty it.

Many of our customers have found that trimming the stem to around 1 cm (1/2 inch) provides them with a better fit. This has enabled them to wear The Keeper lower in the vaginal canal where the muscles hold the cup in place.

Wash your hands well. Moisten the rim with water. While sitting or standing in a comfortable position, insert The Keeper
