Campbell and Orton are a little more consistent, but Cassel probably has the highest upside when he's playing well. Rivers is turning into a Romo/Grossman type of gunslinger that can't win in clutch situations. Still not sure about Palmer... he used to be one of those gunslingers, and now he doesn't have the arm strength or accuracy he used to... so he's kinda on par with Cassel. And then there's Tebow.
