The deal was most likely just hammered out by the people who employed the 2 women, along with Al Gore who co-founded the company. North Korea just wants the world to see that they got Clinton to show up. Kim and his country our constantly looking for ways to get in the news and to have Clinton show up there is an excellent way for Kim and his country to get their name in the headlines.
