Ingredients- Baby red potatoes, some type of fish, carrots, garlic, onions, and some type of boxed rice. plus lemon and olive oil, sour cream and butter. directions: start boiling the water first... chop the potatoes up into 1/4ths and put them into a big pan of boiling water. also get your rice going in the background, follow directions on box, sucka! umm, next preheat the oven to 375 for the fish. Use a big sheet of tinfoil and wrap the fish in it with a few cloves of diced garlic, some fresh lemon juice, a little olive oil, and an herb for seasoning. Depending on the fish, I like to use either basil or dill.. but never really use those together. They both make most fish taste delish- yafeelme? So you'll want to bake that for 15- 20 minutes.. then let it sit outside the oven for about 2 minutes so it gets nice and solidified. Once the potatoes are done boiling and are soft, drain out most of the water and put in some basil, pepper, sour cream, and butter. Now mek like a reggae mon and massssh it up brotha!!! Rice is done by now, so what I do is put the rice in a serving bowl, cover it, and then (using the same little pan) bring about a cup and a half of water to a bowl, put in some carrots cut into halves (so they cook faster) and steam/boil them for 5 minutes.
