I dont think every joe shmoe taken down to the drunk pen and booked for shop lifting is going to get scanned like a fucking bar code. They're not going have every citizen meet at city hall so they can be cataloged. Chill the fuck out. But it is a little unnerving. One thing leads to the other. Who knows where well be in 50 years.
