CALIgula Posted May 15, 2007 Share Posted May 15, 2007 no no no i showed up but said i couldnt do it cause i was at the end of a semester in college i know....they usually just ask when you can do it....then give you a new jury duty date.... basically...when the lawyers of the trial both interview you (prosecution and defense)....all you have to do is piss one of them off...and theyll dismiss you.. ex: case is about rape.....you tell the defense....the guy looks guitly and you hate rapists....or you tell the prosecution....the guy doesnt look guilty and you hate cops and wont listen to their testimony.
