Abracadabra Posted April 22, 2007 Share Posted April 22, 2007 that's true. i think it was probably time for change though, there just wasn't enough change. they had their chance with the roster the way it was and they didn't make it happen. it's time to invest in the future. it would have meant they lost alot of games, but that's the price you pay. play the game like chess and look at the 2009/10 season. they were living in the past and it showed. now, look at kevin martin. he is well on his way to becoming one of the league's star's. in the next 2 years he's going to be mentioned in the same breathe as the kobes, lebrons and nashs. if this is how he improved after one season in the starting five next year he's just going to destroy teams. the other young guys should have been given alot more mnutes than they had. garcia is going to be good, he showed he's more than capable of making things happen. ronnie price is still wet behind the ears, but has alot of potential, and nobody knows how douby will do because i spent more time on the court than he did. they should have traded bibby. they should have just sacked thomas, he's useless. brad miller showed no improvement after coming back from injury, it's time for him to go too. salmons should have started all season, as should have williamson. but it's the post season. too late for all that now. let's see what happens over the summer.
