If it's directing you to the beta version and then dropping out on you, I know the fix. You need to log in before it drops out (tricky if it's dropping out as quickly as it was for me) and then once logged in at the top right of the page just below your username is an option to "switch back to the original Photobucket". Click on that before the site dies and it takes you back to the original site. There's a questionnaire that pops up asking you why you want to change back, don't answer it, if you start typing a response and don't hit the button to take you back to the old site quickly enough it dies on you again.
