Guest Sparoism
Deto- unless you're using a Mac, don't use iTunes. It sucks. If you are using Windows, here's plenty of third party apps that support iPods for XP. I found out the hard way that iTunes doesn't work well with Windows- it creatd tons of subfolders that slowed my comp down, and took me three weeks to undo. If you use Linux, amaroK is a nice KDE music app with iPod support. As far as multiple instances of iTunes, I found that one was enough to tax my RAM pretty badly. Spuds Mckenzie
I'd like to add a salamander mod to my computer. I think you need a liquid cooled system for that though.
Guest Sparoism
Yeah, 14.4 was fine if you weren't in a hurry. I used it on an old 486 my roommate left behind when he moved out. I also found a bunch of hilarious .gif files of amateur porno on the hard drive, too. I should have saved it- oh, well. As far as the roaches go, that's a bad break. Since roaches don't like light, you could just pull the side panels off....that, and maybe a fan (not the comp fan, a household one) blowing directly into the case...to get them out NOW, definitely use some compressed air, and that should be plenty. Oh, and clean your room. That helps, too.

Or, you happened to see a rat that weighed 10 pounds once? I've seen some big motherfucking rats in SF...at least 12" from nose to tail, if not bigger. Badgers...ha ha. All I have are dust bunnies. Spuds Mckenzie
So are you saying I should feed the roaches the cookies?
Herbivore
Yes. It's common knowledge that roaches hate cookies and will leave you alone forever if you so much as offer them some.
Guest Sparoism
Sure, just not indoors... You could always invest in a laptop, too. That way you can feed the roaches and be on 12 oz. while you're outside.
