anybody any good with latin?

i'm trying to figure out the right spelling for something... i think it's "spirata miseri" and it's sposed to mean "the miserable are hopeful"...

 

any help would be much appreciated...

My latin is a bit rusty, but I think spirata miseri is somewhat broken. breathe the spirit of misery....something like that. Spirata can be used as a verb in certain cases, but I can't remember what they are.

 

Miseri speratae should be correct. That means the miserable are hopeful. The grammar might be off, I'm not sure if I used the correct gender, but I'm fairly confident that's how you put it.
