Oh well, I'll do my part to keep style alive for the next generation, what will you do? seed's fine art is still grimey, even though it's painted with oil.. crack pipes and guns= grimey. getting up is more important than having a nice piecebook if you are a writer.. i'd rather see basic graf on the streets than a 20 color wildstyle on a permission wall.. since i like graffiti more than aerosol art.. graffiti by definition is without permission.. the whole point is not accepting the ruling classes claim to own the aesthetic of our cities.. they bombard us with their ads and garbage.. as if their money makes them qualified to define the look of our culture and environment what am i doing for the next generation? inspiring this generation, and the one before it.. it all comes down to painting the city.. gotta paint it, and that's where most the people in this town fall short.. it's possible to do quality graff illegally.. it doesn't have to be a choice between one or the other.. you just have to up the game and push yourself harder.. start with simples and move on to more complicated letter styles.. wildstyles with lots of colurs don't mean a thing without the basic understanding of letter form, and characters should compliment your letters, they should not be a substitute for them.. i do agree that some people who think they are fuckin it up are indeed just fucking up.. unless they plan on dying young, and if that's the case they should get to producing the genius work.. cuz lots of shitty people die all the time, it's the talented ones we remember (tie, next, plus, sham, nace, etc..)
