It's great to know that there's a 2-tier criminal system in America.

Rich Man's Law

Allen Iverson was arraigned Tuesday on charges he stormed into a cousin's apartment with a gun and threatened two men while looking for his wife. He was released on $10,000 bond after 11 hours in custody.

The charges carry a maximum sentence of more than 50 years, although lawyers not involved in the case said he is unlikely to serve jail time even if convicted.

As a teenager, Iverson was arrested in Virginia in 1993 after a brawl and spent four months in jail before he was granted clemency by the governor. The conviction was later overturned. In 1997, Iverson pleaded no contest to gun possession.

---> good thing they dont have '3 strikes' In Philly.

Poor Man's Law

Authorities said the beating occurred after Inglewood police and Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies pulled behind the car driven by Chavis at a convenience store where he was pumping gas. They noticed Chavis had expired license plates and later discovered his driver's license was suspended.

But according to Chavis' attorney, officers questioned Chavis at the gas station for no reason, and later began to beat Jackson and choke him with a chain while the youth was leaning over the trunk of a patrol car. Father and son have filed a federal civil rights lawsuit.

Amateur video shot by Mitchell Crooks shows Morse pick up Jackson, slam him onto the trunk of a patrol car and later hit him in the face while Jackson's hands are handcuffed behind his back. Morse's attorney said the teen deserved to be punched because he grabbed the officer's crotch

Morse has been suspended with pay pending investigation of the arrest.

They run it like that because, the corrupt government officials staned to make more money off the rish criminals than the poor. And the crie areas will go down in peety theft so the police are liked upon better. But a rich man will go by unoticed where he lives no mater what crime he commited.
