They go around the neighborhood and try to sell you tickets. Sometimes I'm ready to get into it thinking there hitting me up and then they try to sell me tickets. My other friend got in and out a couple of times. He was annoying as hell when he was in this phase. Nothing like getting preached to when your getting stoned with another friend.
