but thee best bread i'e ever had was from joel robuchon. they rolled out this cart full of FRESH baked bread and you can pick and choose - any kind of bread you could imagine.
i got the cheddar chive roll, the milk toast, the rye baguette, and some other rolls... so amazing! they also had this weird butter they had to shave off:
