Personally I don't like Otep or Arch Enemy, but if you're into shit like Nu-metal (Otep's basicallly Limp Bizkit with a female singer), or hardcore thrash, then Otep and Arch Enemy can be counted as decent bands. A really cool Alt/Prog rock female fronted band is Stolen Babies. Chick's definitely got a unique voice and can scream her fuckin' ass off. If you like punk, there's a band from Wales called Brilliant Sins with a pretty kick ass chick singer. As far as traditional rock/pop goes, Milla Jovovich (commonly known as the actress in such movies as Resident Evil, The Fifth Element, etc, she was a singer before an actress) has one of the most amazing voices I've heard. Her sound is pretty classical but really up beat. Well that's my ten cents, hope it provided some kind of help in your quest for some good female fronted bands.

I grew up with a kid that lived like 3 houses down from me...knew him since i was like 4. He was a few years older than me...the family moved to another neighborhood so I didn't really keep in touch with him too much, saw him a few times every few months or so. Smart dude, awesome jazz guitarist. Dude had so much goin for him....I found out he died from overdosing on heroin at the age of 19. No one even knew he was hooked. The worst part was that he stopped by my house that same night that he died...showed absolutely no signs. It was as if he was saying his last goodbyes...

Fuckin stupid. Swine flu is the biggest crock of shit I've ever heard about. There is absolutely no difference between swine flu and the regular flu. Seriously, look up the symptoms for both and you'll find nothing different. It's just like SARS. SARS killed fewer than 800 people worldwide yet the media jumped on it like a fucking animal and turned it into some epidemic bullshit. Same happened with swine flu even though THERE HAS BEEN A VACCINE FOR IT FOR MONTHS. The regular flu is way more awesome anyways cause it's killed more people than swine flu and SARS combined. So shut up about swine flu. It's nothing.

Zombie's H2 was one of the very few times I've ever walked out of a movie. The whole goddamn movie was Michael wandering a fucking grass field into strip clubs and killing random people for no reason, mixed with the sister's stupid, pointless dreams. It was one of the most unbearable movies I've personally ever seen. I just don't get it. Why do people insist on remaking classic movies? Do they really think they can do it better or are they just trying to pay homage to the classic? Film these days isn't what it used to be. Everything is either a sequel or a remake, no fucking creativity these days. District 9 and Inglorious Basterds are exceptions, because those two movies brought back hope to the film industry. No one go see the new Halloween.
