Yea im glad that shit worked itself out. The fact that the baby was in the same spot
as the dead one bummed me out. I wasn't exactly thrilled by the prospect of burying
another bird tomorrow when i may have been able to help it

this has been my project since i cant leave much. When i was a kid my grandma
hooked it it so i felt like making it look nice. Spent quite a lot of time out there.

Last night a robin flew into my picture window. I buried it in the backyard this morning. Since then i discover a baby bird right there nearby where I found what i'm guessing was its mom. Its alive. Should I leave it alone? It looks like its almost probably close to being able to fend for itself. Maybe put an umbrella over it? go dig up some worms? get it off the ground and into a makeshift nest?

I say fuck what her friends think first off. If you were to start dropping off diapers, similac, maybe some clothes for your kid perhaps an envelope with some little bit of money with it... Eventually her parents will get sick of supporting it because that shits not cheap and if they see you making a good faith effort they will probably talk sense to their daughter. Shes gonna do what ever they tell her as I would expect they are supporting her financially as well. That will probably get you that official CS friend of the court with visitation rights.
