Ruck, rather than trying extensions, try getting the letters to merge into themselves a bit more, at the moment you have nice letters but they are 4 individual letters, just try to get the letters to connect with each other and flow into each other. Or break the letters down a bit more, there is nothing to say the R has to be a solid R it could be made up of 2 parts like the upright and the curve, just break the letters down a bit

coloured this for Mek, fucked it up really used too dark colours something more my normal style Sev, I dont think you have anything wrong with your structure apart from the letters are very upright and stood up get them interplaying more, not really a crit, just find it harder to judge an individual letter rather than seeing a piece together I like that one Mek, different to how you normally do them, has more of an older feel to it

yea man I will definitely be up for another exchange, i tried using some pencil on that sketch but the scanner didnt pick it up so much need to play with the scanner settings or something, but gonna try and use pencils with my markers a lot more from now on

says gutrot I know this has more of an overall outline on it rather than individual letters, is this too graf influienced to be abstract? still just trying things out so always like to hear what you have to say about it. I think there is probably too much letter in it to be abstract, im just getting a feel for it on paper before I try it on canvas

peanut the abstract is for a battle and says Lous, but thanks for your comments, good to come from someone like yourself, I know what you mean about people being distracted by colours, I rarely do abstract stuff so just tend to play around with the idea without any true understanding behind it, which annoys me, I need to kinda study up on abstracts

i like that collab Bojangles, the 2 styles looks real cool together tried taking your advice Joker and worked without an outline and using colours to form the letters

I know Note aint biting anyone I have seen him develop that style over time, I just checked Luxer's stuff and I don't think it is even close to being bitten
