He told the authorities that he felt " scared " , because cyclists were circling his car . He then proceeded to try and bullshit his way and failed . There were a few other videos showing him driving aggressively 10-15 minutes before the incident , not to mention a few hundred witnesses saying the same . No one was killed surprisingly .
