I was traveling overseas earlier this month and 2 days before my flight leaves i get a phone call from United...... I couldnt understand a word the guy was saying, after about 5 minutes i had understood enough to know my flight times had changed. I asked to speak to somebody that spoke better english, I was then transfered to his supervisor... And to my surprise he spoke even worse english! Out of frustration i finally hung up, called a United customer service number and proceded to get transfered to what had to be the same dudes sister! Still couldnt understand a word.... And in the end, my fucking flight had been changed from 12:20 to 12:25... Five fucking minute difference!
