Well you got one thing right, paying dues and showing respect for those established will be beneficial in the long run when your new to it all. But respect is a ONE WAY street, period... Until you earn it you get NONE. When we started out in Ottawa we kept out mouths shut and our heads down, we eventually got some respect back. You only get it by earning it, not for showing up to the game. It's just the way it is, you're just a piece of shit till the veterans decide you're not. After all they were here way before you and have an opinion that counts. Till you are an equal you have no opinion... Accept it, cause it's always been that way...

I think you need to reconsider what you call a nice piece, cause it's fucking garbage. It's sloppy as hell, not to mention the letters are busted as fuck.
