  1. Baltimore. Around '84. They mention it in the VA section of "The History of American Graffiti" I remember looking at that book "Getting Up" in the library, and he had a marker tag inside the back cover from '86..
  2. Man, I would love to have any type of M1A.
  3. How bout variants of either one in 7.62 NATO?
  4. ^Pretty much where i stand with them as well. Although in a perfect world I would just get a 7.62 Galil. $$$$
  5. Was it the empire state building in the background that made you think that?
  6. I'm goin with ARs all day! If you think 5.56 is underpowered, get a 6.8 SPC, 300 BLK, .458 SOCOM, or .50 Beowolf upper and swap that shit out in 10 seconds. If you want to go bigger, get an AR10 variant. KAC EMC comes to mind for an awesome battle rifle/carbine. Or LaRue OBR or a custom AR10 from GAP or other quality gunsmith for almost the same long range precision as a bolt action. If you think the direct impingement system is too dirty, get a piston upper. Or just run the DI one with more lube.. The AK platform is nowhere near as versatile as the AR for calibers, or mounting optics for that matter.
  7. as crew mate of both h's..my vote goes to the hersey. not that i don't like harsh's. who's the joker that wrote WH KBT EP in the yellow H's at superwall? i know it's not anyone in any of those crews.
  8. The paperwork is not complicated and $5.00 is not that steep. Aaaaand.... http://http://www.front2enemy.com/nfamyths.html
  9. It actually counts as any other weapon (AOW). Same paperwork as an SBR (short barreled rifle), but the tax stamp is $5, not $200. Doesn't take that much bending over, just red tape and waiting.
  10. is that an old redfield accu-range scope on the bolt action rifle?
  11. i really thought those rekct pieces said reakt the first time i saw them. cool.
  12. true doo story. the sigh was a good color scheme before the outline color faded..
  13. Vortex Viper PST 4-16x50 FFP MRAD. Been waiting on that fucker waaay too long. Pretty much all the other optics that are FFP with mil reticle and mil adjustments were out of my price range. The rifle is a 700P.
  14. I heard they were putting a few of these around VCU
  15. Can't do much about ignorant people. Of any race. They seem to gather around shockoe bottom at night to go listen to crappy music and just be in the way. My favorite was the murder that happened a few years ago one block from where this beating happened at the pizza place over the last slice of pizza. Good job people.
  16. Yeah, or that. If you go in that direction, you should also check S&W model 41, or if you have a .45 1911 already, the Marvel .22 conversions... I would personally pass on the Sig mosquito and Walther P22, but hey, you do you brah.
