Murdersluts: i saw some of those irregular choice shoes in stores, they're pretty sweet. I like the idea of high heel styles without the insane foot pain that i'm sure accompanies wearing them. It makes for some extreme flair.

It's going pretty well, i'm just here for a vacation with family. We've hit Dingle, which is the westernmost part of Ireland and Europe; Galloway, which is a sort of party town (on saturday night we watched a 45 year old drunk woman dancing and keeping time for street musicians by tapping a tambourine against her poonani for about 3 hours. She was still there at 11AM the next morning, it was insane); and Westport, which is a small town next to the only fjord in Europe. You can see the mountain where Saint Patrick drove all the snakes from Ireland from our hotel room window. Yesterday we went to this castle that was turned into a summer home by the Guiness family and is now a $600 a night hotel. You can't go inside unless you're staying there and you have to pay 5 euros just to look around the grounds. We took a boat trip to this island and checked out some 1500 year old churches and saw Saint Patrick's nephew's gravestone (second oldest Christian inscription in Europe, off the chain). I'm going home on wednesday, so I'll post a massive photothread then.

it's crazy, the sun doesn't set until 11 PM here and everyone is drunk all the time. All the street lights are yellow, so the city looks like those montana ads with the pictures of trains for 2 hours every night during the obscenely long twighlight. There's no graffiti in this town, I could king it in 3 hours with 5 cans and a marker. Fear not, i'm knightbat reppin all over this country.

Word up bats, hello from Galloway, Ireland. Trip's going OK, I kind of wish I was at home (summer vacation started 5 hours before I got on the plane) but it's cool. I'll be back home in a little more than a week and hit y'all with some photos and possibly a new handle (Vendetta).

Hell yeah, I used to pack like 5 pairs for a weekend. I'm afraid of running out of underwear; that would suck a lot more than wearing some dirty socks.

It's funny, my brother brought his girlfriend and her parents bought her a fanny pack. My mom was mortified, we hooked her up with a nice euro-friendly messenger bag. Me and my other brother spent an afternoon in paris 2 blocks from Notre Dame pointing out all the tourists. We saw some fucked up, ugly americans with neon fannypacks and windbreakers straight out of the 80s. I'm trying to figure out what to pack, I don't want to bring too much because I'll probably buy clothes over there, but we're going to be in the countryside for a week. It's a problem i feel fortunate to have.

It's pretty cool, she gets super into it and gets tons of guidebooks. We go cheap and try not to be touristy, it's all good.

It's my mom, she hates being a suburban housewife so she goes to europe and paints watercolors. The rest of the family is just along for the ride.

Family, my parents and brother are already there but my brother and I had to stay home 'till exams are over. I went to Belgium, The Netherlands, and France in April, it was a good time.

Last night i chilled out at a party in a 3 million dollar waterfront house. There was a bonfire on the beach with s'mores, it ruled. I'm going to ireland tomorrow until July 7, any suggestions on what I should hit up?

This is awesome: I'm a nice girl from Nashville who moved to New York and met a sweet-as-pie guy. But there's a but: He's just a big masochist. I don't have the upper body strength to whip him as hard as he likes and the sweat I work up makes me feel less than ladylike. Other ways he's suggested hurting him are too extreme. (Cutting? If you work at college it's fine. If you work at a high school you should be careful as hell. If you work at a middle school, you're either awesome or kicked out of the knightbats.

Mine was hella boring. It's exam week at my school, so I made some refreshing smoothies. They were enjoyed with my fine female friend, who was grateful for the respite from biology.
