its a south African marketing campaign, aimed directly at the fact that they have such low ( and by low i mean the highest) HIV infections and deaths per capita in the world. thus making a "rip it and stick" type joint, they hope the precious seconds (or if your pFFT the minutes) it shaves off will increase the rate at which they are used, thus bringing up the rate of NON hiv Africans.
