    Contemplated heading to Chattanooga around 2018 with my ex , but shit was hella crazy with her family so she wanted to stay and commute on the weekends to west bend wisco to help her uncle on his farm and help her grandma fix up the house the gf's sister and brother trashed , while her brothers pregnant midget wife stayed at our house.

    I actually like my core team that's been there since the original r&d department and and pretty much all the newer ones save for the salty bitches.

     

    2 of the original already transferred back to the other plants , and some office people dipped out to the global office already.

     

    I put it in at like 5 this morning, cause I also heard last month the new plant is shutting down for a year due to cost of sow and shit planning.

    I'm not about to go over to the oldest plant to make summer sausage and be around uber salty menopause women and turbo clicky people that have their whole families working for Johnsonville .

     

    I'm gonna go make ford F-150 transmissions and Tesla battery cages with angry people that will tell you they don't like you to your face instead of cultist backstabbing and gossip

    bitches gummed shit up so bad with bureaucracy , nepotism  and the older plants toxic workplace shit that we already shut down for two months due to the 4 of them managing to get our 3rd shift sanitation team lead of 9 years fired along with half the crew.

     

    we were like " yall really went to higher up office people to complain about sanitation sitting in the breakroom because our still experimental machines needed to dry for 2 hours and we legit only did testing for 2 weeks on first shift and had to stand for 7 hours.."

    And fucking with my and other coworkers work instructions we spent all last year creating from scratch....I'm talking rapid pack , stuffing room , oven , packaging, sanitation, PPE process, paperwork procedures, excel spreadsheets , sap menus we managed to get ahold of and create a company wide new standard, piv training system, training system...... loitering in the break room when shit broke is off the table now
