vaybur Posted May 3, 2006 Share Posted May 3, 2006 I wasn't really concerned about this because most gangs aren't really brutal in nature, they are orginizations that are know if wide spread violence breaks out they have to fight two enemies so they really don't have all out wars. That said sur-13 are crazy and the fact some of them are getting american military training actually scares me, they idea of violence and the justifications for it far surpass the ruthlessness of any other gang in recent times. They already have paramilitary influence and I really think they will become a larger problem in the United States and Central America.
