asdf_va!
you still know what I'm talking about. If not, just read 10 minutes of Saster and you'll get it.:p In the same vein of "not trying to dis..." You can't really judge one of the largest cities', in the world, attitude because of what you see on a website. There are A LOT of incredibly respectable cats that don't subscribe to the whole internet thing for numerous reasons. I for one am not a fan of the the internet's impact on the state of writing in the past 10 years. At first it was ok... before digital cameras and all, and people where still taking photographs and meeting online to trade flicks. Now kids are all cocky and self promoters and don't even take the time learn anything about the history of this amazing trade. And that's what it used to be. A skilled trade. You had to learn the skills from watching other writers, and meeting them, and getting your ass beat for doing foolish shit. It's a whole new world now... because of the internet. So don't go judging an entire city because of what you witnessed on SASTER. I have my reasons for being on this forum so much, and it's related to my position in life from 9-5. It gets boring from time to time, and it's recently meeting the few, mostly NY'ers, on the internet that really make my e-time worth it and keep me coming back. Especially to threads like this. Just sayin'.

nxrto
I read somewhere that you can see a "Supper Kool 223" or a "Stay High 149" (can't remember which one it was...) on a subway car in the opening scene of the 1973 "The Exorcist" movie.
