Get into the repair console from the windows disk... Then C:\Windows: CD.. C: ATTRIB -H C:\BOOT.INI C: ATTRIB -S C:\BOOT.INI C: ATTRIB -R C:\BOOT.INI Which will remove the hidden, system and read-only flags. THEN C: del boot.ini C:BOOTCFG /Rebuild C: CHKDSK /R /F (just to be sure) And if all is well.... C: FIXBOOT Looks good to me. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
