asdjk1
damn im trying to make an outline like that but it seems impossible . did you use an exacto to cut two lines on each black line or did you just run the exacto through the black lines ? 241rollerblades
Do you use any type of clear coat on the stencil before applying paint to prevent it from soaking up all of the paint and tearing or ripping, this is what I herd the vynal was good for, I used duct tape, It was still hard to hit up and throw it in a trash bag and hit multiple spots.. Any advice I thought about laminating them after they were cut. Im trying to bomb with these not just hit one or two spots. Any advice would be appreciated. What do you keep big stencils in while they are wet to prevent folding or ripping while bombing????Xacto the best cutting tool ive came across for intricate stuff, box cutters work too for bigger cuts. Any onez got any pointers 4 me.... first off, the stencils on here are so rad, much respect, but fuckthe photoshop fad, do it legit, by hand. these are some things ive found out: Ive had good luck with vinyl, it doesnt get soggy so you can go all night, as far as keeping them from folding, etc, use balsa wood to frame the stincil, then you can stack them in your portfolio or in the trash bag, just staple that shit around the edge, but just like the stencil, craftsmanship is everything
mr. h
to zigag-buff oner: i just sprayed the same stencil over, and over, and over, and over again untill i got that layerd effect to asdjk1: i cut out the white part and sprayed it over the black and to 241rollerblades: you don't know what you are talking about

pissdrunkwhat?!
i see a problem with people making sloppy stencils, yall should try stencil burners and working with like acetate or some other material for cleaner edges.

BILLYxCORE
cardboard is bad for clean edges. walmart has this stuff called stencil blanks that make clean edges but for a SUPER CLEAN EDGE that's one time use, use vinyl from a sign shop. O$O
the top one is a stencil on a canvas, but the green and yellow is acrylic paint. the bottom one is on a shirt, it went throught the wash a couple of times.

[mania]
The bottom reads “don’t drink the water” You cant tell from the pic, but the stencil was cut to look pixelated, hence the caption. I was spraying it from this sketch ass warped wooden ladder sort of a thing so the spray job came out pretty shitty. Don’t front fish (speech bubble reads "dont front") Hanging at a holocaust museum. A wee bit older thing. Ahhh… the fun of cutting a 6 foot stencil peace.
