Settled on covertly cleaning the wall. My friends think Im retarded for even thinking about going through with this. I don't have too many good spots to paint in my town or people that are against graffiti. I just want to keep it that way.

I like painting colors and shapes more than letters and words. I like painting on everything, but I also want to show respect for my town. I love where I live and I dont want to piss my community off. I just dont have the heart to do it. I want to paint something everyone can appreciate, but I also dont want to rock the boat. Im really careful about where I paint. Only tunnels, bridges and buildings that I assume are abandoned. Just a moral thing I guess. I just might be into the wrong crime then.

Thanks homie, I figured it out. I just needed to go over my lines a few more times so you couldn't tell where I was starting and stoping my lines One more today. Tried getting a character in there.

Tried my first 2 color fill

Alright so I started spraying on this big concrete wall of a building that is usually rented out around holidays. One day I was trying to get a bunch of little things up as fast as possible and pretty much trashed the whole wall. I knew it was really bad, but I didnt really think anyone cared. So today I was spraying near a bike path and a couple riding bikes stopped by to watch me work. We got to talking and they told me about how some kids were spraying some really bad graffiti on the empty store. The owner is having the cops find out who did it. I quickly realized that this was in fact me. So here is my idea. I want to offer to power wash everything off that wall (even the garbage I didn't do) in exchange for the opportunity to spray something that isnt a total eye sore with a few friends. I got the owner of the buildings name and number. Im thinking about calling him, telling him it was me, and then pitch my idea. I realize he could potentially turn me in. That would suck. But would this work? Here is my 2nd idea. Call the owner, DON'T tell him it was me, offer to wash the walls in exchange for permission to paint.

Lets get this rolling again. The word is PLUNDER

So I start my hand moving before I start spraying. Spray. Stop spraying when I finish a line, but continuing the momentum and direction of my hand?

Opposed to doing what? How can I avoid making that mistake?

alright sorry for being a fucktard toy. I just wanted to go out and paint really bad. I tried something that I wasn't even close to being ready for. I tried it again. No stupid fill. No drips. No crazy colors. Just lines.

Im a junior right now, so im just kind of thinking ahead. I got all summer and way into next year to figure out the specifics. Im still up bombing whenever I can and wherever I can even if i don't have a city sanctioned paint wall to work on. Its just a nice idea and project that I could do for my school and town. When I say run, I mean like painting a fresh canvas and keeping the level of spray painted penises at a minimum. Ha. So far the most advise I have gotten from people on 12oz is being told to start tagging cop cars. Thanks for the insight. Happy toking.

So I recently had a conversation with my art teacher about setting up a legal wall at my high school or some where else in my town (pop <40,000). She tried to set one up last year but was shot down. I really want this to work but I need help convincing people in my town that it would be beneficial to my community. A lot of people are worried that it will cause the spread of people tagging into the area surrounding the wall. I just want a place for my buddies and other people interested in painting to have a rad place to practice and not get fucked over by the cops. Will this work? Have other smaller towns tried this? How do you run a wall? Would I have to paint over everything at the end of the month so people can have a fresh canvas? Any pages I should check out? How much would something like this cost? Would the wall really influence others to paint near the wall? I know a lot of you will tell me to forget about the wall and bomb wherever I want, but this might be my senior art project and I would really like to make this work.

So am I understanding this right? So in order to show everyone that I am the king of my town, I have to whip out of dick and give the law big ole mushroom stamp. then Im allowed to use crowns. Alright sounds easy.
