i regret most of this sketch, but i put some effort in to it. PHERE: glad you're posting again, i always like your sketches. the H looks a little awkward where it's bent, but i like it.

doesn't matter how hard you try, or how wild your imagination runs. that will always look like mice...

just stick to painting your letters to make sense. nothing more. simples are basically what i mean, don't do background, don't highlight or anything else.

yeah the marker is a lil bled but that's just a small flaw. but to me it looks really dope. i dig that kind of style.

in my opinion, a longer name is the way to go now a days. only if you want something half way original. right now im trying out a name thats 7 letters long.

to me you're over reacting. everybody bites when they are first starting. it's part of being toy, but nor really a positive side. don't worry that much about it, i was chomping the shit out of other writers the first few times i sketched haha!

DONALD: i always dig your stuff. like you said about the P and the S, they should have been bigger. i'd space out the Y from the C a little more, it's kinda crammed in with the H too. but looks dope nonetheless. on another note "Virtue has definitely earned your virtual respect" damn dude haha, you've only been here bout a week. keep it up.

don't try extensions yet virtue, space your letters out. i cant tell if your last sketch starts with an I or... i don't know.

well all those names are taken, but that doesn't matter at all right now. my suggestion would be to write all 3 of them. and as you progress see which one evolves or flows the best. It will give you good practice with all those letters

VIRTUE: once you get to know this site better you'll recognize what posts to reply to and which ones to ignore or just laugh at. If you're gonna talk that much on this thread post up one of your sketches between your arguments so it won't clog up the thread with long ass posts that don't contribute with anything to the thread. So post up what you got.

haha! same thing happened to me. it told me that 120z had a shitload of viruses, but i just clicked to ignore the message.

how about if you paint simple and clean letters with just a black outline and a white fill. and your shit isn't just a little whack, it's entirely fucked up. you gotta practice with block letters.
