  1. Well said. In my time in the AK Yard(Aotearoa), I've never seen any hobos/tramps etc - not that you expect any - just a little info to give back to the thread.
  2. All I could recco is dulux, their oil based enamel (don't get aqua-enamel, thats a water based enamel-like paint), It comes in all the bases so you can mix any kind of paint, try a 500ml tub - but you do you have to pay for it, maybe around 20 bucks or so - depends where you are. You could always just spray an ironlak in a container and de-pressurize the paint (search for that). Although I haven't tried that last part yet. What's a door made from? What's a floor made from? Get the same base as you're mixing your paint with(ie oil based stain for oil based paint) hah, chur chur
  3. They're small glass tubs, NOT tubEs
  4. Yah, that might the best bet - although you might waste a fair bet if you get it wrong. I've always thought (Although I've never tried with pure granules) one or two grains/granules maybe - see how well it mixes/stains then add in another one or two next time you refill etc until you get the right amount. And any chance you could PM that link? Cheers bud
  5. Those 100ml tubs?hahaha - old school
  6. To all those peeps who think it's photoshopped, it's not - and if your too dumb enough to notice where he would've climbed just think about it and look at the pic more closely the fuck off. Rusht mentions it here, check it - ep7 http://tvnzondemand.co.nz/content/the_gravy_s1/ondemand_video_skin?tab=&sb=date-descending&e=the_gravy_s1_ep7#ep_the_gravy_s1_ep7 Although you'd probably need a NZ based proxy to view it. RUSHT IS DOPE - where are you nowadays?
  7. BUMP that mos def, and BUMP virus - pity I have no flix of my own
  8. A (very toy) question about pilot jumbo, I'd just like for someone else to concur this statement I read early on in the ink thread. With the pilot jumbos, it's got a big lump of felt in the container (no, not the nib). I believe this is to absorb more ink. True? Cheers
  9. Thanks bud, does anyone else agree with this? - asdf?acanz?androidx? And mate, dot3 does not increase ghosting, only slows down the drying time of ink for drips - it's been discussed several times before on this thread, try maybe 20 pages back? However, I am fairly certain 'Hoppes No.9 Nitro Solvent' would do what many think dot3 does, as it is made to clean out the residue from the bores of firearms, and it claims it removes primer etc - Google it. I will soon try it out with marsh and see what happens. Also, I found this http://stepout.co.nz/products/shoe-dyes/shoe-dyes/Coxy019/ Coxy's "Deep black" shoe dye, with a convenient brush. A maybe ghetto griffin dauber(although it's a brush)/calligraphy tool? Has anyone else tried it?I'll get it soon sometime, maybe. Cheers
  10. Hah, I've never tried it before but I will someday....maybe. I know of a place in AK, Aoteroa which sells it, approx 16 bucks or something for a can.Edit: Which is pretty expensive, but... PM me if you want to know the shop, it's near town

    Indonesia

Holy shit, dope bro I'm really loving your style, especially that piece towards the start of the first page. What's the scene in Indonesia like?Looks real dope.Do you get designer paint over there? Fresh work graver and co. Keep rocking
  12. For those of you australasian heads: Dulux is now selling most of it's testpots pre-mixed, so for those who want a nice colour for their mops can have em, HOWEVER - it's all WATER-BASED paint which isn't reccomended as it is easily buffed, but IMO it's better than nothing. And OINK - how come you use meth blue in your recipe compared to gentian violet?Personal preference?
  13. Props to the guy above.^^^ And that roller is pure DOPENESS, rocking the oldstyle computer graphics maybe?
  14. bump bump bump bump bump Did a BANISH roll aswell or is that a panel done ages ago? R.I.P.
  15. farrrk, why would you have so many fucking montanas, you can use the ironlaks and get just the same quality paint but 5-6 bucks cheaper.Hahahaha - especially the blacks. It's always funny seeing people come out of l****d with all these montanas, thinking how much money they wasted when if they wanted to use designer paints, they could have just used the ironlaks. Good to see you rocking dulux though - hahahaha.
  16. Cheers bro - I've only used the krink markers as I can only get the krink markers by my neck of the woods, but I'll be sure to check out the arromark stuff
  17. Don't bother with the flowpen ink - IMO it's shit. I'd just use it if trying new handstyles your a bit nervous about and want some practice so if it's shit, it won't stain - as flowpen ink will not stain (atleast if the buff uses a mediocre cleaning material). I'd just recco using a highly-pigmented ink (ie MARSH) and then add whatever satiners you wanted into that. Edit: woops - if you want to talk about ink, head over to the ink recipe threeeead.
  18. Yo - finally 12oz opened up registering again, I'll do a quick lil' review of the k-71 krink ink I used the red (to test) on glass, glossed MBF-like material and normal wood used for a door. The buff-man used a handheld, non-aerosol spray, dulux, graffiti-cleaner. It didn't stand up to the buff very well - it left no stain at all, but on one tag which got slashed and capped it looked like I went over the slash (red on black), hahaha. Cheers all, I'll have more questions/answers later
