This shit gets more disturbing the more I think of it. Like the baby's head breached, but the shoulders weren't out yet and she grabbed the baby's head and pulled so hard she ripped the baby's head clean off, leaving the body to bleed out inside the mother. That's not an unfortunate mistake that can just be corrected, and moved past. I'd probably be in jail for a long time if she did this to my wife/kid I can't imagine what that family went through. There's 100% something fundamentally wrong with someone using enough force to decapitate a newborn that no amount of medical training can correct.
