  1. yeah thanks for the response. it has a nice line, but the nib that came with it sucked. it dripped crazy because the nib didnt absorb hardly any ink, just pumped it and spread it around. its like those plastic nibs that come with highlighters, so i just pulled a nib out of a marker from the dollar store, and cut it down (it was too long for the cap, width was perfect) and its tight. still some drips though. im not sure about the stain removal power though, lol.
  2. thank you for having common sense. (seriously) i already dumped it, and gave up on waiting to hear from yall, so i filled it with ink, its like a mini flowpen. it has a pump valve and it DRIPS. i like it though, for fucking up those mini looking utility boxes. the nib is like 3/8"ths and chiseled. dunno how much they cost. like i said, i found mine. im seriously diggin it though. any other markers besides already known (glue, liquid chalk) use pump valves?
  3. no i mean changing the nib for paint. i've opened it already. just putting the advice out there.
  4. i just found a tide to go pen at school and got it open. is this good for anything?
  5. i only like drips in limited situations. its small so it is concealable. if you dont like the marker, then dont make one.
  6. red ballpoint pen ink, alcohol, leather dye. push pop markers are by far the cheapest homemade to make. At walmart: 48 cents for candy 25-39 cents fora a little cheap candle if you dont have any kind of wax at your house. and 20 cents for a sheet of felt. and push pops already look like markers, and are small. if you saw one that didnt say push pop on it, what would you think it was?
  7. 10 pens to 2 oz. and if you dont want to blow all that shit out (especially blue pens, jesus christ those things are thick) pour alcohol into a bottle, then ad the pen ink tubes and shake until you dont notice the color getting any darker
  8. my stamp pad ink sucked balls. test it out before pouring that shit into a good marker. test it in a cheap homemade or rag. mine wouldnt even soak into the sponge i ha, it just pooled in the top. i got pissed with it and dumped all over this shitty tag i did when i was just starting, and it never dried and came off in the rain the week after. unless you got black top ink, what you got might be only good in small amounts for coloring/darkening ink
  9. alls i got is some dollar store cans some shitty inverted spraying cans otr .160 paint-bluie markal paint marker-red(same fucking thing as an otr, and i got it for free) http://www.laco.com then find something you like, then hit contact us and request it. gluestick marker 2 chapstic markers(violet and red) warhed supersour spray marker deoderant mop, its empty though some half inch chiseled dollar store markers(they are suprisingly good, lines almost as fat as a chapstic) yeah, im broke.
  10. made a double post by mistake. i didnt know how to delete it.
  11. my fav markers have to be either chapstics(sure its around here somewhere) and push pops. this is from a tut i typed from stencilrevolution.com Push Pop(candy, not ice cream) Eat up. Rinse it out, drip wax and let cool 3 seperate times, until you completely cover the slider. Then, flip over so its upside down, and completely seal the bottom. Cut and fold up felt, make sure it fits. Then, you are going to want to put in one small pin hole in the cap. If you do not, whaen you close it, it will push air that will push ink, almost like a pump, throught the bottom of the marker. Then drip in ink. 2 cm nib.
  12. hell yes, except leather dye IS required for good ink. without it, its gone in the rain, although it takes a longer drying time. (had some fat ass red tags that disappeared before my eyes in 3 days of bad weather, while the leather dye mix is still there for over a month) you can switch alcohol with acetone for destructive power though. on a side note: fuck break fluid, if you want shit that eats paint, why not add something that was made to eat paint? Acetone. careful though, that shit eats some plastics, too.(like in your markers. melted the bingo marker i had)
  13. Ok, this is my recipe that I use in my homemade markers. At walmart: bottle of isoprospyl(rubbing)alcohol. 85 cents 10 pack of pens(any color of ink). 48-99 cents. Open up the pens, cut off the ball point tip and/or sealed end of tube and blow the ink into your mixing container. Add 2 oz or more of alcohol to it, depending on how thick the pen ink is, and stir well. You can add a half oz of leather dye for stains. Cheap-o ink-o. (does not work on plastic, but looks nice on metals)Personally, i ldig the red and violet colors.
