Can’t remember which thread was the good one for this. Anyway I think I finally figured out pellet smoker wings. Garlic butter parm brined over night in pickle juice oj and a little soy. 325 45 minutes then to the air fryer to finish off.

My whole life in a nutshell. Big slow down last couple years but I’ve picked up and put down so many different things I kinda hate thinking about it. Some I got good at some barely a shot. But overall it’s a bummer lol. Should have never quit on photography or screenwriting I tell ya that much.

I know a couple of high end cabinet shop dudes around the way. My one buddy is the typical excuses lazy fuck who thinks you cannot run a quality shop without spending 100k on the best of the best shop build. The other homie went ahead and did it with very minimal capitol and just does refacing with a bunch of old school second hand equipment. Did not exceed like 20k and looks pretty nice from what I can see after painting a few. I’m no carpenter but all the joinery looks plum and tight and pretty spot on.
