if you play past the first five or so storylines then you'll realize that SFC is trane's little 'crew' (STILL FREE). and unless your crew made any sort of noise on the scene, i'd be pretty sure that noone gives a fuck that you were there first. think about it.

the thing is, what you're suggesting takes more time, effort, and ultimately, expense than just getting some labels/stickers for free and rocking them. in addition to that, it produces a far inferior result (by your own admission, no less). someone just close this thread.

practice. there's really nothing more to it than painting lots of pieces in lots of different styles and sizes and with different effecst until you have it all dialed. it will probably take oyu longer than you think, but it's worth it in the end.

pick a name that isn't phonetically correct. it gives you a lot of freedom with style and it'l mean that there's less likelyhood of it being taken.

if you're painting in cold weather, keep those cans warm (hot water bottle in your bag should do it) or your pressure output and consistancy is going to be fucked. as for getting that wall good...try bringing a shovel and a towel (bang/scrape the ice off the pat dry the wall a bit with the towel to give yourself a good surface). if you prime the wall on the spot it'l stay a bit tacky and give something else for the paint to stick to.

in all seriousness though, just get out there and do shit. you'll never learn anything much from sitting behind a computer screen, so get out with these friends of yours and get em to teach you to write (sure, they'll rag on all your shit, make you pay for buff coats/rack for them, then make you paint a diff carrage when panelling, but that builds character), and generally keep your head down and your ears open.

don't get paid till monday, so about half of these are just dregs/mixes. <3 ironlak.
