Smackdown vs Raw 2007 is a letdown. They haev taken all the speed out of the game, and the loading times are ridiculous. The '06 version was much better IMO.

I am also wondering why when using my gmail account my computer trips out a little and the gmail window freezes, especially when I am using the chat feature. Could this have anythign to do with using IE?? Or should I switch to Firefox?

I have a HP computer, and the thing requres like 2 different cables for some reason, which I had never seen prior to getting this. However, the monitor came with an install disk, that it said I had to run for optimisation and also said "Failure to installl this program could result in malfunction of your computer" I dont know why it said that.

Thanks mate. So once I hook it up I just do a search for new hardware and it should give me access to the other comps hard-drive? My friend who works in IT just told me to take out the harddrive from the other comp and make it a slave drive or somehting, but the cable option sounds alot easier. Thanks again.

Earlier on you guys told me that I needed a printer cable or somethign to get all my old stuff off my old comp. I went to the shop yesterday to haev a look and there were heaps of the things, but I was wondering what the one I have to get looks like. Can somebody please post a pic (or give me pin config details?)

I am guessing I have a valid HP warranty, but I still appreciate what you guys help out with here in this thread. BTW, my monitor on my old comp did die, even after I tried wht you said. It blew up, and made this horrible sparking sound and some steam/gas came out the top. Now I have a nice 20" LCD which seems to do the job alright.

Yeah, Kung Fu was the shit. I remember beating that game when I was young. I was a spoilt kid. I have 60 NES games that I got from way back when they were all new. Tuneup seemed to be alright on my old comp. But that because it was full of shit I didn't need. Also anybody know why the Mobilephonetools (V. 3.22) I got with my V3 18 months ago won't read my L7 SLVR when I try to install it?? When I install the program it asks what phone you use, and do I choose the SLVR or L7 as they are aparently 2 different phones. It says it is setting up the phone then comes up with a message that "Mobilephonetools won't function without a mbile device installed." I mean, this is right after it finishes setting up my phone!! I followed the instructions through every step and this happened on my old comp as well.

I use MSN messenger for my IM. I installed PC-cillin for my antivirus. What was the link for the ewido portable? I might go search for it on here. What is a good firewall program?? I was using the Trend-micro one, but that wasn't allowing my utorrent to work so I disabled it.

I got that PC anyway. So what are the initial programs I should install on this one guys??

My question primarily relates to the fact that will this baby be good enough to record/edit videos on? Also will I be able to record my guitar onto it using a standard microphone?? Is such an option available in Windows Vista as my friend says on the new Mac's that you can record using a program called Garage band. Anyone know about this??

OK there Mel. Blame it on the jews. It is still doing it. When I wake up in the moanin I'll open my comp up and check out the insides. Anyone have a code for ewido to work constantly, as my trial period is up and I keep gettign malware infections everyday as it provides no constant protection anymore. Or should I just keep the daily scanning routine going?

I downloaded 2 torrents given to me on here for that movie, one was in Spanish, the other just had a 2 minute scene and some fucked up file of the main movie that had some VLC player exception and wouldn't play. Rant over. But Goddamn, that Pennywise is an ugly motherfucker! And who is the chick pulling that mad face? I wanna see that whole scene!!

I have an old bunky computer, and can't be stuffed opening it up just yet. I lowered the brigthness on my monitor, and it seems to have made a difference. It isn't schitzing out as much now, but if the symptoms persist, I'll let you guys know. Thanks to all for your help, you guys are great.

Anyone have any idea as to why my monitor is acting schizo?

Why is my monitor making these weird ticking noises and the screen goes as though it is degaussing? I have already gone through one monitor on this comp already, but that was an old one. Thanks for all your help so far, it has done me wonders, but could this new problem be due to running a non genuine windows?
