  1. The pointed tip which my hand controls slowly comes into contact with the perpendicular plane I have made into my canvas. Due to the laws of physics and the government of art the graphite is transfered from pencil to paper, the idea transfered from mind to body. I can almost feel these sparks within my head igniting the blaze which causes my hand to trace the invisible outline of the masterpiece I envision. These neurons travel at breakneck speed from mind to hand, hand to mind, back and forth and forth and back for minutes upon seconds, pushing and filling and creating this, my drawing...My eyes squint, beads of sweat drip down my forehead as I continue this lengthy process. I begin to calm as I reach a state of near perfection, almost as perfect as this which has been transferred onto my paper, and my eyes open wide to take back in what I just put out. Some lines straight while others curved, some darker yet also thinner, every single one meets at an individual point of exactness. Twice as fast as the drawing crept from my pencil onto paper a smile creeps upon my face as a sense of accomplishment creeps over my emotions as I once again pick up my utensil of choice. I choose a spot to place my name given to me, right next to the name I've given myself, marking the completion of this, my drawing.
  2. just a collection of my personal favorites out of the bunch...i definitely like the one with the statue of jesus the best. if you like my stuff check out all my photos at my website. thanks.
  3. stickers, markers, sketchbook, etc paint, spray adhesive, caps, respirator and also the stencils and misc supplies, nobody needs to see those i need to re up my flat black and white supply soon
  4. on many graffiti forums i've come across, i've seen numerous mentions of the idea of finding mixing caps that would allow paint to be transferred to an axe deoderant can. always just the idea, i've never seen anyone do it. does anyone know if its been done, and if not...whether or not it's possible? i've never looked at the cap system of an axe can, and i'm hoping it'd be simple and allow the use of common caps. any ideas? also, i looked through almost 3/4 of the ink recipe thread and couldn't find exactly what i'm looking for. i have an empty OTR flowpen and i'm looking for some ink that'll work nice replacing the original black ink. black is preferred, or any other dark color...as well as the drips associated with flowpens. anyone have a recipe they prefer for their flowpen? help is greatly appreciated.
  5. i use York Photo Labs, good prices, great quality...shipping is a little slow
  6. nah son, that aint a cap on a spray can, sunset uses those plant fertilizer spray things, and puts paint in em.
  7. depends on your age, area, and how much graff you actually did.
  8. the whole mentality of doing graffiti in a city is completely different than doing graffiti in a town. cities usually have bigger scenes, with more writers and more spots to hit. buildings, signs, poles, busses, and doors are abundant in cities. in my town, its usually under/overpasses and only certain buildings. for example, i tagged a metal box at an intersection, and saw my tag at 8am driving to school. driving home from school, at 2:15 the same day, it was already buffed, and the police took pictures of it. however nobody's really noticed the pieces i do under bridges. i can only hit buildings that are abandoned, or else its pretty common that the police will be called and will come investigate my painting. i'm just wondering whether you all or urban or sub, and what kind of stuff you like to paint on.
  9. i have an On The Run .084 flowpen, i loved the ink but i used it all up real fast. it was black, drippy, and stained pretty hard. it dried fast as hell, too. i'm considering buying the refill, or i want to find a recipe to make ink just like it. anyone know of such a recipe? anyone make ink specifically for their flowpen? hit me up with your suggestions.
