Hey Suki I'm off the boat and here's your vegetarian southern style collards recipe you asked for: 1 Tblspn Olive Oil 1 Tblspn Butter 1/2 a large onion chopped clove of chopped garlic 1lb. chopped collards 3 cups vegetable stock salt and pepper 1 tspn red pepper flakes In a large pot heat butter and oil, sautee onions until softened the add garlic and red pepper flake,add collards and cook for about a minute, then add vegetable stock bring to a boil and cover, let simmer for about 45 minutes or until collards are tender, add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy. I'll also add liquid smoke sometimes with the vegetable stock for more flavor. For you Morton. Those are vegetarian if you want my normal recipe let me know. Glad I can help.

  21. Noone has the reputation to step to me. You need to check the ribs out again they about 100x better than before and the collards are always getting better.
  22. Tonight we made caribbean citrus chicken with rice and pigeon peas. Soak chicken breast in orange, lemon, and lime juice with garlic, dill, and pepper. Brown on both sides in pan then bake with juice for 30 minutes. Take remaining juice and cook down in a pan for 10 minute until it becomes a syrup. Serve over chicken with rice and pigeon peas.
