  1. I've been watching re-runs of Fresh Prince on Nick@Nite before I go to sleep, and last night I accidentally left the TV on when I fell asleep. So I wake up this morning to this obnoxious bitch talking about "Tell baby duck to stop, Parra, can you say Parra." And "We're going to the duck pond [clap clap clap]." If this bitch were a real person I'd hunt her down with a golf club and a blowtorch. I know they want the little white kids to be culturally sensitive but this is ridiculous...

    Parra!

as far as your bug it should be fine. you have to spray those things directly with insecticide to kill them.

I got into this huge fight with a black widow a couple weeks ago. They're tough as hell. I had caught it in a glass and sprayed it several times with "Raid." The thing would not die. I had to hit it with this big book...

  3. If you want to use single point perspective 3-D what you should do is draw a point of perspective. Usually this is a point below the letters where you would like all of the 3-d's to connect up. Then draw a line from each point on your letter to that dot. Once you've done this you can shorten the 3-D's by drawing an arc under the letters where you want the 3-D's to end.

  4. You both forgot the part where Jews were paying Palistinians for parts of their land (which consisted of swamps and desert). Then all of a sudden the Palestinians want the whole country back, even the parts that were purchased outright? Hmmmm...

  5. Washington (AP) -- The Whitehouse is under fire today after rumors of another high profile shooting, and this one was no hunting accident. Reports confirm that Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice shot Vice President Dick Cheney in the face late Tuesday night during a heated argument over a cartoon.

A source close to the Whitehouse had this to say, "they were both really tired and overworked, I think it was just a case of tempers flaring and an itchy trigger finger."

The two were up late into Tuesday night carrying over into Wednesday morning being briefed about the political ramifications of the new Abu Ghraib photos. As an unnamed Muslim Scholar was discussing the religious significance of men being shown nude, Condeleeza got up from her seat to pour herself a cup of coffee. At this point she looked over at the "notes" Cheney was taking on the meeting. In middle of the first page he had drawn what sources claim was a "picture of nude Rice riding a nuclear bomb into Tehran."

At this point reports are shaky but it is clear that the two engaged in an argument. Rice at one point said "do you think this is funny, Dick?Because I don't find it funny at all." Cheney told her to return to her seat and "quit bitching." Rice then side-cocked a nine-millimeter pistol and fired directly into Cheney's left cheek. She was heard as saying "this is for Harry, punk, who's gangster now?" Cheney took one nine-millimeter slug into his face and was rushed to a Washington area hospital where he is currently in stable condition.

The Whitehouse has remained tight-lipped over the incident, but several Congressmen have redoubled impeachment talks in light of it. One Democratic Representative said, "if he can't even hold his cabinet together how is he going to continue leading the free world? I think this calls his legitimacy into question." "This is symptomatic of the President's 'squeeze first, ask questions last' brand of politics, and I can't support it," Senator Chuck Schumer (D - New York) added.

Rice and Cheney have been contacted, but neither has responded.

  6. That's not what I said. I said the reason there are "Arab Catholics" is because the Muslims have been forcibly impregnating women since their earliest conquests in Europe and the Middle East. How are you going to complain when you created an entire race of people by raping women? Or is it just that women don't count as people??

Muslims "loving death like [we] love life" is an exact statement of the problem. This kind of statement goes directly to the point of the problem. How can you claim on the one hand that Islam is non-violent and that you've been stereotyped and misconceived when you make statements such as this. First, of the Muslim people I know, very few are concerned with forcibly lifting Western culture out of it's man made ways of life. But perhaps you speak for the majority, and in that case, I stand by a hard-lined position. If you admittedly wish to forcibly change our way of life to suit some moral good that you as a group believe you can justly dictate, I [and many of my countrymen] will fight until the death to prevent you from doing so.

American soldiers are scared little kids, perhaps some are. But if you don't think that Palestinians, for instance, arent as desparate and frightened as Americans you're mistaken. Yes, you have given them something greater to believe in, and maybe this urges them into death, but that does not make your cause greater in my mind than any other cause. You propose that because they support a theocratic regime they are better soldiers. This I don't believe.

I don't think our soldiers should be there in the first place. I think we should leave the idealogical nut-jobs to their own devices. But the problem is that idealogical nut-jobs as a group tend to fester into say killing thousands of civilians in terrorist attacks. And now some of you have nuclear bombs. So if you believe that you can, and should, forcibly change our way of life, I can't support you when you bring injury upon yourselves. There is no homicide in war. There is only homicide in letting zealots kill your people.

  7. I'm struck by the idea that our western constitutions promote the demise of moral values. It doesn't seem right to me to say that by giving people freedom to choose what they do, you're making them immoral. If people are immoral, they are immoral with our without legal ramifications. Immorality is a personal choice, the government can't make people moral. I don't believe for a second that a higher power wants people to act in accordance to his/her dictates because the government told them to.

There are certain freedoms that I would preserve for myself by the gun if need be. Freedom of expression, and freedom to believe as one choses are two of them. Freedom not to require my wife to wear a headwrap is another.

My real question is why do they let pictures of that shit get out?  If you're going to do it, don't get caught.  Idiots....

My theory is that a good three quarters of the world needs to fucking man up and stop snitchin'.  You're at war, fight on the field not in the Western media.  KayThx.

"We're still at war with Al-Qaida, we're losing the war with Al Sharpton..."

you my friend are a dipshit

so youre for gagging the media so the great and honorable US army can have a blank cheque?

    [/b]

Be practical for a second. You think that this kind of shit doesn't go on ad naseum by every country engaged in any sort of armed conflict? If you don't I'd accuse you of being extremely naive. My stand on civil liberties has nothing to do with it, but I hate how the media runs with the "tragedy" story and doesn't play both sides of what's going on. Yes, the US is torturing people. Oh my God, no! Oh wait, Israel is torturing people, the Taliban was torturing people, Al-Qaida is blowing civilians up by the skyscraper. The shit pisses me off esp. with respect to the Middle East. It's like the liberal media needs something to cry over, so they cry over how bad the Arab countries have it. Look up what the Palestinians did when they took Israeli villiages during the first war. Gang raping women. And guess what, the Moors have been doing that from their first invasions to current day. Look at what the Muslim armies did to the Catholics in Lebanon when they invaded. Don't you think it's a little odd that there are Catholics that look Arab? That wasn't assimilation by choice, believe me. I'm sorry, they're bitching up now. They need to man up. So, like I said... "you want war, then it's war it's gonna be..."

    And by the way, it's "rootin'est tootin'est..."

just measure the cost to benefit ratio, here i devised this equaltion for you:

x = measure of happiness your beard gives you (1-10 scale)

    y = pay rate of job (1-10 scale i.e. min wage=1, hella bank=10)

    2x - 3y = R

if R is positive shave it, if it is negative, fuck the job

    good luck g

Sorry, but your equation is wrong. It should be "If it is negative, shave it." Look at this for example.

Your beard gives you happiness equal to (1) or very little. The job pays you "hella bank" or 10. 2(1)-3(10) = 2-30 = -28. Also, assume he loves the beard like a fat kid loves chili dogs (10) and he is getting paid minimum wage (1). Then R = 2(10)-3(1) = 20-3 = 17. He should shave. So if he doesn't like the beard much but gets paid a lot, he shouldn't shave, but if he does like the beard a lot but won't get paid much he should? that doesn't make much sense.

Also, the value of a nice beard and a pay increase are incommensurable. That means there is no way to create an equation to accurately account for them. In other words, you're on your own big guy....

  11. My problem with "textualism" so called is that it is impossible to literally interpret the document.

For instance: 14th Amendment Section 1: No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States.

What in Gods name is a "Privilege and immunity?" It could be interpreted to mean a minimum of fundamental rights, it could be interpreted to mean that every person has equal opportunity in all aspects of life. We don't really know, so you need more than a text, especially a text as vague as the Constitution.

No offense, I respect where you're coming from, textual interpretations would make sense if the Constitution weren't so opaque. And if I didn't think judges were using textualism as a guise to hide their political use of the judiciary power. I think a lot of them could take a good look at the words though, compared to where some of the doctrine is now. For instance, the court for many years upheld gun control regulations for school grounds under Congress' power to regulate interstate commerce. Imagine all the lefties that flipped out when I said "I don't think a kid bringing a gun to school has anything to do with interstate commerce."

I think we're closer in philosophy that we think. After all "the government which governs best governs least..." Don't tell my girlfriend I'm turning into a libertarian, she'll kill me...
