This started to happen after I quit for a short time and came back. Interent Explorer also does not save history anymore which leaves me to believe the jackass used some kind of track eraser or something. It's not a huge problem, just annoying..Ideas?

I really don't know much about her machine and I'm not looking forward to a night of installing drivers and software updates..
