oh here, try this shit:
barbecued pizza:
take a thin premade crust from the store (boboli)
layer:
1) fresh as fuck tomato, sliced
2) fresh basil leaves
3) and fresh mozzarella, sliced
4) sprinkle limited amounts of salt and fresh ground pepper
cook on top of a clean hot grill until shit is hot and melted. maybe move it around a bit so it doesnt stick or something. make sure the bottom doesnt burn.

i dont know that even the organic ones would be that great if theyre being sold in stores. in the summer, i try to get them from someones backyard or a fruit and veggie stand.
