Products giving away the trips and cars of our dreams...Has anyone ever won anything??? or do you know anyone that won something from a commercial thing like that??? Guest Dusty Lipschitz Posted October 15, 2002 Share Posted October 15, 2002 me and my girl were watching max ex the other night and they had this guy that won a new car by playing a scratch off lottery. so the lottery company wants to film a commercial with the guy re-enacting him buying the lottery ticket, scratching it off and winning. so as they are filming this guy goes and buys another ticket, scratches it off, and wins a cool quarter mil. $250,000.00! some guys have all the luck. juggernaut Posted October 15, 2002 Share Posted October 15, 2002 i've won decent prizes from "safety raffles" at work. won twice in a row at my last job, and i won a mountain bike at my new job. as far as lotteries and give-aways, i dunno.. i think those promotional give-away type of things are a load of garbage, but state lotteries are real. ..as real as 1/3,993,885,456,654 odds can get.
