Mnarsic
So, I'm fairly new to painting and I only have a few ups. I came to ask you guys for an honest opinion. I live in this small town with nothing, surrounded by larger cities where I can paint with the shit smell in the air, dirt, and constant construction. I came to a conclusion that I wanted to give up letters and move on to something that I feel represents me and has a meaning (not that yours don't mean anything) and thought that I believe in. I wanted to do trees, go around posting apple trees, etc (maybe even plant a few seeds around here and nurture them). That being said, a few days ago I found out there was a painter that goes by "PLANTREES," who is from the same state as me and which I'm sure you all know, he's pretty fucking ill. My question is, should I give up on my idea (out of respect for this guy and his work) because there's already another painter who goes by this and the same idea or continue to do what I believe in regardless if I'm called a "toy" and whatnot?
