Not really legal, but with the other illegal stuff we were doing on that corner, no one was telling us we could not do anything we wanted there. I lived a block from there. While it was going, it was a great spot. Alot of writers came thru and painted. The great thing was that most of them hung out after and drank and smoked in front of that building. Alot of memories from that wall. I wish I had more pics if it. In fact there was another well known writer in CT that grew up within 100 yards of the wall, but I am not going to put him on blast here. It all ended when we all got arrested there. Me, Erb, Nest, Jace, Job, Bet (I think there might have been one or two more people there that day) were all scooped up there. I remember I was going to run and knew that I could get away, but I did not want to leave these guys from the suburbs by themselves in the Bridgeport jail. Jail was very comical when you are in there with a bunch of your boys. If you have pics, let me know. Even thinking about Rem brings up some memories. Last time I saw him I was at some place in New Haven, Tune Inn (I think?) and was partaking in some substances that a writer from IOF (who shall remain nameless) gave me. I was sitting in the floor bugging out and I looked up and it was Rem. It was just a really weird night. Zine ended up giving me a ride home and I got us lost because I was out of it.
