Cracksmoka
ok guys i have kind of a complicated question, i have a h.p. pavillion ze 2000 laptop. the cd-rw/dvdrom drive completely stopped showing up as one of my listed drives. for a long time i just ignored it, but then i started to put my computer in "stand by" instead of completely shutting it down when i went away from my comp.... then the drive would show up again, but only when i would open it up from "stand by", shortly after this whenever i tried to watch a dvd the audio would jump. then the drive progresively got worse and actually started to damage discs, by scraping the bottoms (dont ask me HOW cause i have absolutely NO idea) so i recently bought a new (used) drive off of ebay (from a reputable seller) and when i installed it the audio was doing the same thing again... do any of you have ANY idea what the problem could be, i dont really have the money to put it in the shop, and the comp is only a year old, and its been giving me problems here and there almost from jump. any and all help is greatly appreciated.
