The fact that no matter how simple the thing he was workin on, it was so perfect. Every line is so decisive. Not to just ramble about it, but it isn't often you get such a personal look into a person's stylistic process. I hesitate to say it is a progression, because while many of the ideas are honing a specific style, a lot of them are rather different on the aspect each sketch seems to focus on. Either way its nice to see a new source of inspiring works. Between 12oz, lay-lo and all of my books and mags its awesome to find new shit.
