Guest
it may not be as pretty as the apple, but compared to every other PC.... it's damn sexy! Besides, apples have a short shelf life design wise. Think of all the people who have the 'pixar lamp' iMac and are upgrading to the new iMac just to be current. If you have any specific questions about the shuttle, send them this way. I built the thing myself and put a ton of research into the way it turned out. Manifesto
if i had any reason to be working with a pc, that shuttle looks like the answer. how much do one of them go for? without the extras..
Guest
shuttles are sold as barebones kits. Mine is about $300 but you need to buy: a processor ram hard drive optical drive video card + monitor, keyboard etc. my grand total was about 1500 but with a widescreen LCD and all the perks. Guest imported_El Mamerro
Word to the Architect... my Cube is still kicking ass after nearly 5 years. Flash runs iffy, but still galloping. This iMac mini has made choosing my next Mac even harder. And yeah, I can soup up a Civic to run faster than a Ferrari... but it's still a Civic. ;)
Guest
or you can buy a BMW 328i with no options and boast 'I drive a bmw!' when you can get a toyota that has more features for half the cost.
