If i was a judge for a handstyle battle i wouldn't judge a high score for something that wouldn't be able to be done in the streets. just because its a handstyle on paper, doesn't mean its about making your tag/hand all flashy (no offense to anyone). to me a handstyle battle is about style, structure, and how the tag in general flows. maybe thats what waters was looking for in his juding too, but in any case its there is still other judges with probably different opinions. Please read them carefully. This years layout is the fairest possible way for all battlers to compete against each other. There are: -NO eliminations -3 weightclasses -8 chances to drop your best styles Good luck to all that have entered... may the best hand win! -Waters General Rules This tournament will consist of 8 individual battles: -2 tag battles -2 throwie battles -2 str8letter battles -2 piece battles The word difficulty will be seperated by weight class: -4 letter words for lightweights -5 letter words for middleweights -6 letter words for heavyweights No one can be eliminated for any reason. All entries are expected to be rendered by hand.
